A founder-led health and wellness brand with real clinical credibility is looking for a Head of Marketing to help it grow up. The product has built a loyal following on its own merit. Now it's time for the brand story to match.

What You're Walking Into
A fast-growing DTC and trade business with genuine category authority, an engaged customer base, and founders who are ready to hand the marketing keys to someone who knows what to do with them.
Paid performance stays with the leadership team for now. This role is yours: brand, content, social, lifecycle, EDMs, influencer strategy, and the storytelling thread that ties it all together.
What You'll Actually Do
- Own the marketing strategy and calendar from end to end
- Rebuild the content and social presence around authenticity, UGC, and clinical credibility
- Fix the lifecycle and EDM experience so it educates and earns loyalty, not just converts
- Guide the ecom and clinic teams on how the brand shows up across every touchpoint
- Build and grow a small team that punches above its weight
You're the one if you
- Have built brand, content, and lifecycle marketing in a DTC or omni-channel business in health, wellness, skincare, or somewhere equally considered
- Have a real point of view on influencer and UGC strategy, not just a vague awareness of it
- Think commercially: LTV, CAC, contribution margin are part of your vocabulary
- Bring energy to a lean team rather than waiting for a big org to support you
- Are Sydney-based and happy to actually come into the office
