The successful candidate will join the Strategy team in the Office of the CEO. This team plays a crucial role in developing and monitoring the Fund Strategy and the key member outcomes. As a Strategy Analyst, you will provide valuable support to these efforts.

This is an opportunity to shape strategic insights that influence key business decisions and member outcomes.

The role

Support the delivery of the Fund’s Strategy, including obligations under SPS 515, by contributing to key planning and performance artefacts. Provide analysis and insights to inform strategic decision-making and enhance business outcomes.

  • Conduct industry research, market scans and competitor analysis to generate strategic insights
  • Gather and analyse industry rankings and qualitative insights to inform recommendations
  • Identify, collate and analyse internal and external data to determine leading indicators
  • Create and maintain reporting dashboards, synthesising data into clear insights
  • Prepare reports on industry trends, projections and respond to ad hoc information requests
  • Contribute to feasibility analysis and continuous improvement of reporting tools and processes

About you

You bring strong analytical capability and a structured approach to working with complex data and insights. You are able to communicate clearly with stakeholders and contribute to strategic thinking across the business.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyse large data sets and deliver meaningful insights
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work through ambiguity
  • Advanced communication skills, with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence outcomes across teams
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to distil complex information into key messages
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; analytics tools experience preferred
