The City of Mount Gambier is looking for a Manager IT Solutions to lead technology, cybersecurity, records governance, business systems and practical digital improvement across Council.

Only 4 hours from Melbourne and Adelaide

The role

This is a senior, whole-of-organisation leadership role where technology meets people, service delivery and public value.

You will lead work across:

• IT operations and help desk service delivery
• cybersecurity, access controls and business continuity
• records governance and Content Manager
• business systems, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and intranet improvement
• automation, bots and AI-enabled process improvement
• vendors, licences, assets, budgets and projects

The mandate is practical: keep systems secure, help users work well and make digital improvement useful.
