Sharp & Carter
Mental Health Clinician - Community Mental Health & Crisis Services Full Time & Part Time | $95,000 - $120,000 + Super + Salary Packaging + Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance
About the Role
Crisis work that actually moves. Community care that actually connects. This is your chance to join one of Australia's largest regional public mental health providers across Community Mental Health, Crisis Assessment and Adult Recovery teams, in a role where no two days (or home visits, or case conferences) look the same.
Whether you're drawn to the steady rhythm of community case management or the adrenaline of crisis intervention, there's a team and a location here to match your experience and where you want your career to go next.
This is one of Australia's leading regional public mental health providers - a service with real scale and real depth, spanning community, acute, rehabilitation and specialist mental health programs. With more than 40 full-time equivalent clinicians across crisis services alone, and multiple multidisciplinary community teams besides, this is a place to build a genuinely varied and long-term career rather than just fill a role. Comprehensive orientation, ongoing professional development and a strongly collaborative, multidisciplinary culture mean you're never navigating complex presentations alone.
Why You'll Want This One

- Up to $4,000 relocation reimbursement (claimable within 12 months of starting)
