A growing Managed Service Provider requires a Level 2/3 Support Engineer for a permanent opportunity commencing ASAP, to be based at their Geelong office. The company promotes a collaborative and supportive work environment, offering exposure to leading technologies.

Your new role

In this exciting new role, you will be:

  • Providing 2nd & 3rd level support for a broad range of clients.
  • Handling escalations for the level 1 Helpdesk team.
  • Maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Performing technical support of servers, network and hardware.
  • Delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Installing, maintaining and expanding the IT Infrastructure for clients.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in your application, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience of providing level 2 IT support.
  • Sound knowledge of Azure, Windows Server, Exchange, Office 365, VMware / Hyper-V, Hardware and LAN / WAN Networks.
  • A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, VMware, Palo Alto, Check Point and Cisco certifications are beneficial.
  • Proven experience working for a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy.
  • Current driver's license and access to a car.
