The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Executive to play a key role in our next phase of growth. You’ll lead strategic enterprise sales opportunities from initial engagement through to close, partnering with organisations to transform how they manage learning, compliance, and workforce development.

What You’ll Do

  • As a Senior Sales Executive, you’ll drive strategic growth by managing complex sales opportunities and building trusted relationships with enterprise customers.
  • Achieve and exceed individual revenue targets while contributing to broader business growth.
  • Manage enterprise sales opportunities from qualification through to contract execution.
  • Develop strategic account plans and identify new market opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
  • Lead consultative sales conversations, discovery workshops, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, business cases, and ROI analyses.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements that deliver long-term customer value.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting.
  • Use CRM, AI-powered sales tools, and data insights to improve performance and pipeline quality.
  • Represent aXcelerate at industry events and stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.
  • Mentor Sales Executives and contribute to onboarding, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Champion innovation, automation, and AI adoption across the Sales function.

About You

You are a commercially savvy sales professional with a passion for building relationships, solving business challenges, and delivering results.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or enterprise sales within SaaS, technology, or EdTech environments.
  • A demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
  • Strong commercial acumen with exceptional negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Experience developing and executing enterprise-level sales strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, sales enablement tools, and AI-driven sales technologies.
  • Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and supporting the development of others.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven approach with the ability to work autonomously while contributing to team success.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred).
