What you will enjoy doing
This position responds to the Shift Manager, via the area Team Leader and is primarily involved with the filling handling & testing of BOC and privately owned cylinders and their processing.
The incumbent’s focus is to continuously improve and meet performance targets in productivity, service level and asset utilisation for Compressed Operations, whilst promoting Health, Safety, Quality and the Environment.
The incumbent will be remunerated on an annualised salary basis with the terms and conditions being recorded in the latest Enterprise Agreement.
The employee will work an average of 45 hours per week with an acceptance to cover sickness or annual leave within the groups. There is a requirement to work no more than 2 banked hours per week, and it can be used for general business purposes.
