What will you do?

• Lead kitchen operations to deliver exceptional food quality and guest experiences
• Inspire, mentor and develop high-performing culinary teams
• Support menu innovation and maintain exceptional presentation standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and quality requirements
• Manage labour, food costs and inventory to achieve business objectives
• Partner with operational teams to drive efficiency, continuous improvement and outstanding service

More about you

• Previous culinary leadership experience if in a high-volume premium hospitality environment
• Relevant culinary qualifications
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing culinary teams
• Strong understanding of food safety, compliance, labour management and cost control
• Ability to work across our Melbourne venues, including the MCG, Marvel Stadium and VRC events as required
