Our 12-month graduate program is designed to build your practical skills, confidence, and commercial awareness. Through structured rotations, you will gain hands-on experience and discover where your interests and strengths lie.

What you will do

• Complete rotations across our commercial, government, and insurance practice groups.
• Work on real client matters from day one.
• Gain exposure to litigation, advisory, and transactional work.
• Contribute meaningfully as part of experienced legal teams.

Development and support

You will be supported throughout the program with:

• A dedicated supervisor in each rotation.
• A graduate buddy and regular check-ins.
• Structured feedback and guidance.
• Targeted training, workshops, and networking opportunities.

Eligibility

To be considered for our 2027 Graduate Program, you must:

• Be in your final year of study (finishing in 2026).
• Be an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident, or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident at the time of application.
• Be available to commence the program in February 2027.
