This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in delivering enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Working across business and technology teams, you'll lead business analysis activities from discovery through to delivery, partnering with stakeholders to drive practical, high-quality solutions.

About You

You are an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a proven track record delivering complex business and technology transformation projects within the utilities sector (electricity, gas or renewables). You have a strong understanding of industry regulatory frameworks, governance requirements and compliance obligations, and can confidently navigate complex stakeholder environments.

You'll bring:

Demonstrated experience in the energy, utilities, gas, electricity or renewable energy sector.
Strong knowledge of regulatory, governance and risk frameworks within a highly regulated environment.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
Experience translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and solution outcomes.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence, challenge and drive delivery across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business analysis activities across multiple projects from discovery through to implementation.
Elicit, analyse and document business, functional and technical requirements.
Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to define business needs, future-state processes and solution options.
Produce high-quality BA artefacts including business requirements, process maps, user stories and business cases.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical, fit-for-purpose solutions.
Partner with project managers, architects, vendors and delivery teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Support technology governance, solution design, data governance and regulatory compliance across projects.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide trusted advice throughout the project lifecycle.
