This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in delivering enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Working across business and technology teams, you'll lead business analysis activities from discovery through to delivery, partnering with stakeholders to drive practical, high-quality solutions.

About You

You are an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a proven track record delivering complex business and technology transformation projects within the utilities sector (electricity, gas or renewables). You have a strong understanding of industry regulatory frameworks, governance requirements and compliance obligations, and can confidently navigate complex stakeholder environments.

You'll bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in the energy, utilities, gas, electricity or renewable energy sector.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory, governance and risk frameworks within a highly regulated environment.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Experience translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and solution outcomes.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence, challenge and drive delivery across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business analysis activities across multiple projects from discovery through to implementation.
  • Elicit, analyse and document business, functional and technical requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to define business needs, future-state processes and solution options.
  • Produce high-quality BA artefacts including business requirements, process maps, user stories and business cases.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical, fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Partner with project managers, architects, vendors and delivery teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Support technology governance, solution design, data governance and regulatory compliance across projects.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide trusted advice throughout the project lifecycle.
