About The Role
As a result of continued growth, we are seeking an Executive (equivalent to a Manager/Senior Manager/Associate Director in Big4 consulting) with risk consulting and compliance capability focused on workforce risks including:
- Risk culture
- Risk frameworks
- Obligation management
- Operating models and org design
- HR governance and risk
As an Executive, you will provide strategic and commercial Workforce Risk advice to clients, helping them enhance their risk management practices. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, budgeting, resourcing, and meeting deadlines, while developing key client deliverables such as reports, presentations, and workshop materials in close collaboration with Directors and Partners. You will also build trusted client relationships, liaising directly with clients and leading meetings as required.
In addition, you will contribute to business development by preparing go-to-market materials, capability statements, and proposals that outline delivery approaches, scopes of work, and cost estimates tailored to client needs. You will also support the growth of the team by coaching junior members and assisting with recruitment.

About You
We are interested to hear from you if you have a number of the following;
- Tertiary qualification in org psychology, law, and/or commerce.
- You are an experienced management and/or risk consultant with circa 5-8 years' experience working in a well-respected consulting, legal, specialist firm or regulator.
- You have experience providing strategic advice and leadership to support remediation programmes, ideally including wage or entitlements compliance, and understand the regulatory and operational nuances involved.
- You may have experience working with legal practitioners and/or data analytics specialists to support disputes, conduct risk, or litigation support matters.
- You have a strong track record of designing and delivering risk and compliance methodologies and frameworks that allow clients to embed risk management into their day-to-day operations at scale.
- You're a self-starter who is keen to work in a fast-paced environment that is always evolving and requires you to be proactive, confident and humble.
- You're passionate about collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team and have proven experience coaching and guiding junior members of your team.
- You have proven experience managing multiple projects, including developing go-to-market material and proposals, pre-engagement activities, producing high quality deliverables, conducting stakeholder workshops, issuing final reports and billing.
