Performance Reporting Analyst – Property Development
Cbus Property
Cbus Property is seeking a detail-oriented and commercially aware Performance Reporting Analyst to join our property development team, based in either our Melbourne CBD or Sydney CBD office.
This newly created role will support the continued uplift of reporting, governance and performance insights across our development business, helping ensure key decisions are informed by accurate, consistent and reliable data.

- Support improved financial oversight through budget analysis, cost categorisation, project versus operational spend and consistent use of cost codes.
- Support feasibility modelling, cashflow forecasting and scenario analysis as required.
- Contribute to systems mapping and reporting improvement initiatives that reduce manual rework and improve reporting consistency.
Skills Required

- Strong analytical capability, with experience interpreting complex project, financial or performance data.
- Experience using development, property or financial systems such as Estate Master, Property Shell, Concur, MRI or similar platforms.
- High attention to detail, with a disciplined approach to data integrity, documentation and quality assurance.
- Sound financial literacy, including an understanding of budgets, expenditure tracking and cost categorisation.
- Clear written communication skills, with the ability to prepare concise reporting for senior stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills, with Power BI experience or willingness to undertake approved Power BI training.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach, with confidence to work with senior stakeholders and constructively challenge information where required.
