We’re seeking an experienced Mortgage Broking Assistant to join a growing property and finance team in Melbourne. If you thrive on organisation, love keeping clients informed, and enjoy collaborating with brokers, lenders, and solicitors, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage home loan applications from submission to settlement
  • Keep clients and referral partners updated throughout the process
  • Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and brokers to meet deadlines
  • Assist clients with loan documents, deposits, and queries
  • Conduct compliance checks and ensure loan files are settlement-ready
  • Identify ways to improve client experience and internal processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a mortgage broking support role
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated self-starter who works well both independently and in a team
  • Hardworking and eager contribute to a high performing team
