About The Role

NUCREW is seeking qualified and experienced

Mechanical Fitters to support a major maintenance program across refinery and fixed plant operations in Southwest WA. This role will see you carrying out preventative, corrective and breakdown maintenance on a range of fixed plant equipment, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient operation while working within a collaborative, safety-first team.

Requirements

Australian Recognised Trade Certificate (Mechanical Fitter)
CSE (Confined Space Entry), WAH (Work at Heights), and EWP Tickets (Essential)
Fixed Plant & Refinery Maintenance Experience (Mandatory)
Rigging & Forklift Tickets (Beneficial)
Strong focus on safety and teamwork
Ability to pass a Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening

What’s On Offer

$75.48/hr + Super paid on all hours worked
Weekly pay runs
Uplift for nightshift
Multiple Roster options: Sportsman (12hr shifts, DS/NS), Long Sportsman (12hr shifts, Dayshift only), Monday - Thursday (10.5hr shifts)
Temp-to-perm pathway for the right candidates
DIDO opportunities for local Southwest WA candidates with transport provided from Bunbury
Camp accommodation provided for non-local candidates
Safety-first team culture
All PPE supplied by client.
