Full-time | Commercial Construction | $20M-$40M Projects

A growing Perth-based commercial builder delivering high-quality projects through strong technical capability, clear communication, and a collaborative approach.

We're seeking an experienced

Project Manager to lead projects valued between

$20M-$40M from design through to handover.

The Role

You will be responsible for overall project performance-safety, programme, cost, quality, and client satisfaction-while leading Contract Administrators, Site Managers, and Supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor project teams
• Manage budgets, forecasting, contracts, and reporting
• Drive programme and milestone delivery
• Proactively manage design, risk, and stakeholder expectations
• Ensure strong HSEQ compliance and culture
• Build and maintain strong client and consultant relationships

About You

• Proven experience delivering $20M-$40M commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of WA building industry and contracting models (D&C, ECI, GMP, Cost Plus)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar (preferred)
• Procore experience highly regarded
