We're looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) & Time Off Consultant to join a major transformation program in Melbourne.
Key Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
- Minimum 4–6 end-to-end implementations in Employee Central (EC) and Time Off.
- SAP SuccessFactors EC Certification is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in Position Management, Data Models, RBP, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Event Derivation, and Time Off configuration.
- Hands-on experience with Integration Center, Story Reports, EC Payroll, and SAP HCM integrations.
- 4+ years of project delivery or AMS support experience.
- Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management (ITIL).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Intelligent Services.
- Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules such as Core HR and Time & Attendance.
