We are seeking part-time/ full time trainers and assessors for the following programs:

  • Commercial Cookery (SIT) – 20 hours/week

As a Trainer/Assessor, you will deliver high-quality vocational education, assess students’ competency, and support their learning journey. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' professional development.

Commercial Cookery (SIT) Trainer

  • Qualification Needed: Certificate III, Certificate IV, and Diploma of Kitchen Management, Advanced Diploma of Kichen Management
  • VET Teaching Experience: At least 2 years
  • Industry Experience: At least 2 years of relevant industry experience in Australia

All successful candidates must have:

  • TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
  • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and Police Check
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
