Desktop Support Analyst

We're looking for an experienced Desktop Support Analyst who is more than just technically strong. We're after someone who naturally steps up, enjoys mentoring others and genuinely cares about delivering an outstanding customer experience.
This is a role for someone who doesn't just fix issues—they look for ways to prevent them. Someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead and is always looking to improve how support is delivered.
You'll be supporting a large enterprise environment, working closely with end users, technology teams and vendors while helping guide junior team members and contributing to continual service improvement.
We're looking for someone who has
- Strong experience in a Desktop Support or Service Desk role
- Excellent Windows and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting skills
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- The confidence to support a broad range of users, including senior stakeholders
- A natural leadership style and enjoys mentoring others
- A proactive mindset that identifies trends and drives improvements rather than simply reacting to incidents
- The ability to juggle competing priorities while remaining calm under pressure
- ITIL experience and a genuine passion for delivering a high-quality support service
You'll be doing things like
- Providing support across desktop, hardware, software and mobile technologies
- Deploying new technology and assisting with rollouts and upgrades
- Mentoring Level 1 analysts and helping lift the capability of the wider team
- Investigating recurring issues and contributing to long-term solutions
- Creating knowledge articles, support documentation and training material
- Building trusted relationships with internal customers and delivering an exceptional support experience
