About the role
We're looking for a sharp, highly organized and experienced Commercial Property Manager to work alongside our Top-Performing property management department in Aspley. Your job is to play a key role in portfolio management across industrial, retail and office assets.

What you'll be doing
- Liaising with owners and tenants, managing enquiries, compliance, and maintenance requests
- Assisting with outgoing budgets, operating costs, and EOFY reconciliations
- Managing lease renewals, option renewals, assignments, and rent reviews
- Scheduling and conducting property inspections
- Effectively managing rental and outgoings arrears
- Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections and meeting contractors on-site as required
Note: You’ll be supported with 2 x dedicated administrators, leasing team and accounts assistance, allowing you to focus on building strong relationships and delivering results.
What we're looking for
- Outstanding communication skills: Confident and professional with clients face-to-face, on the phone, and in writing
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive: You anticipate what's needed and act without being asked
- Experience in Commercial or Residential Property Management required.
- Current Queensland real estate certificate or registration (or willingness to obtain)
- A genuine team player who finds satisfaction in enabling others to succeed
- A positive and hard working attitude
