About The Role
Ready to take the next step in your career? This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Village or Park Manager to step into a relief leadership position.
As a Relief Village Manager, you’ll provide short- and medium-term operational coverage across Eureka’s national village network, ensuring continuity, compliance, and a consistent resident experience during periods of transition, leave, or staff absence. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys travel, and takes pride in maintaining operational excellence.
- Oversee the daily operations and administration of the village, ensuring smooth functioning of services and facilities.
- Manage budgets, finances, and resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with regulations.
- Lead and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Act as a liaison between residents, local authorities, and external stakeholders, addressing concerns and enhancing community engagement
About You
- Proven experience in management or leadership roles, preferably in residential, community, or facilities management.
- Real Estate Qualifications and Licence
- Strong financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Experience in staff supervision, team development, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a track record of managing relationships with residents, stakeholders, and authorities.
- Ability to satisfy pre-employment checks, including a National Police History Check.
