About The Role

Ready to take the next step in your career? This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Village or Park Manager to step into a relief leadership position.

As a Relief Village Manager, you’ll provide short- and medium-term operational coverage across Eureka’s national village network, ensuring continuity, compliance, and a consistent resident experience during periods of transition, leave, or staff absence. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys travel, and takes pride in maintaining operational excellence.

Oversee the daily operations and administration of the village, ensuring smooth functioning of services and facilities.
Manage budgets, finances, and resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with regulations.
Lead and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Act as a liaison between residents, local authorities, and external stakeholders, addressing concerns and enhancing community engagement

About You

Proven experience in management or leadership roles, preferably in residential, community, or facilities management.
Real Estate Qualifications and Licence
Strong financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Experience in staff supervision, team development, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a track record of managing relationships with residents, stakeholders, and authorities.
Ability to satisfy pre-employment checks, including a National Police History Check.
