The role
The Advice Systems Consultant supports the day-to-day performance and continuous improvement of advice systems through analysis, delivery support and stakeholder collaboration. Working closely with Product Owners, you will help ensure systems are stable, effective and aligned to evolving business needs.
- Provide BAU support including incident triage, defect investigation and issue resolution
- Analyse processes and document business and system requirements
- Support delivery activities including testing, coordination and change readiness
- Assist with training, user enablement and embedment of system changes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support effective solution delivery
- Contribute to continuous improvement through insights and adoption tracking
About you
You bring strong analytical capability and a collaborative approach, with experience working across systems in BAU or change environments. You are organised, detail-oriented and motivated to build expertise in advice systems and processes.
- Experience working with enterprise systems or strong capability with willingness to learn
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to clearly document requirements and support artefacts
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Exposure to regulated or risk-aware environments (desirable)
- Relevant business, technology or related qualification or equivalent experience
