As an Agency Operations Specialist at IAG, you’ll help keep the engine room of our agency partnerships running smoothly, connecting data, systems and people to deliver great outcomes. You’ll work across our Technology & Operations, Finance and Internal agency teams as well with external insurance partners, solving problems, improving processes and ensuring information flows accurately.

This is a permanent full-time role based in multiple locations across Australia.

What You'll Do

• Manage and process policy and claims data, handling structured file uploads and ensuring information is accurate, complete and aligned across internal systems
• Coordinate with external providers and internal teams to support system processes, troubleshoot issues and maintain smooth operational performance
• Oversee shared inbox workflows, prioritising requests and ensuring timely, clear responses across a range of operational queries
• Reconcile and manage financial elements including cash floats and reimbursements with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
• Analyse and compile data from multiple sources, identifying inconsistencies, improving data quality and supporting informed decision making

What You'll Bring

• Business analysis capability, including requirements gathering and process analysis
• Strong understanding of insurance platform processing, including policy lifecycle and bordereaux workflows
• Strong process-oriented mindset focused on efficiency and data integrity
• Ability to define and specify detailed process improvements
• Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
