The team are continuing to grow and therefore seeking a motivated, proactive and adaptable Real Estate Sales Associate with a passion for customer service. About the role
The Sales Associate will be responsible for supporting and collaborating with a Sales Agent across all aspects of residential sales. This will include liaising with clients and buyers, taking responsibility for prospecting and marketing campaigns, coordinating sales documentation and providing general administrative support to ensure a smooth and professional sales process.
Working closely with a Lead Agent throughout the full sales campaign, from listing through to sale, this role will play an important part in delivering a positive experience and strong result for vendors, buyers and clients. In return, you will have access to a bonus structure which rewards high performance.
Your key responsibilities will also include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting vendor and buyer communication, including callbacks, open inspection follow-ups, text campaigns and emails
- Assisting with prospecting activity, including cold calling, database management, letterbox drops and property reports
- Supporting marketing and campaign activity, including social media posts, campaign reports, pitch presentations and appraisal kits
- Assisting with auction and sales campaign preparation, including auction packs, contracts, sold stickers and other materials
- Coordinating listing and compliance administration, including certificates, conveyancer details, leases, tenant details and body corporate information
- Providing proactive administrative and operational support to the Sales Agent and wider team
Please note, the typical working hours for this position are between Monday to early Saturday afternoons, to support open inspections, client appointments and campaign activity.
About you
The successful candidate will be motivated and personable, with strong communication, customer service and time management skills. You will be confident communicating with a range of stakeholders, comfortable making outbound prospecting calls and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
While previous real estate experience will be highly regarded, it is not essential. For the right person, Ray White Darwin will provide training, support and direction to help you succeed in the role. You will bring a positive attitude, willingness to learn and a commitment to applying yourself, along with the ability to build strong relationships and work proactively within a professional team.
Additionally, the successful candidate will hold the following:
- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence using technology, databases and social media platforms
