Sales Administration Officer

Renewal SA is seeking a detail-focused and highly organised Sales Admin Officer to ensure the accurate and efficient management of sales contracts across our residential projects. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll be responsible for ensuring all contract documentation is precise, compliant, and progressed seamlessly from execution to settlement, supporting both project integrity and customer experience.

In this role, you will operate with a high level of autonomy and integrity, working closely with internal teams and external partners on contract administration for some of South Australia's most significant residential developments.

Key responsibilities

  • Administer sales contracts from execution through to settlement, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout.
  • Review and mange contract documentation in line with Renewal SA requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure contracts progress smoothly and without delay.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting for project tracking.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with legislation and Renewal SA policies.

About you

You bring strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to your work, with the ability to maintain high standards even when managing competing priorities. You follow process carefully, take pride in getting the detail right, and are comfortable raising ideas to improve how things are done. You keep stakeholders well informed and work well both independently and as part of a team.

You will bring:

  • Relevant qualifications or demonstrated experience in sales administration, contract administration, property sales support, or a related field. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Preferred experience with customer relationship management (CRM), Salesforce highly desirable.
