The business supports large-scale operations across mining, energy, and infrastructure, helping teams operate safely and effectively in isolated locations.

Your new role

Key responsibilities

• Manage a regional portfolio of blue-collar recruitment needs
• Source candidates through job boards, campaigns, networking, and referrals
• Deliver an end-to-end recruitment process with a strong focus on candidate experience
• Work closely with site stakeholders on current hiring and future workforce planning
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across trade and operational roles

What you will need to succeed

• Experience in agency or internal recruitment, blue-collar and high-volume environments
• Exposure to mining, resources, or remote sectors is an advantage
• A motivated recruiter ready to step into a leadership pathway, or
• A hands-on recruiter who enjoys working closely with operational teams
