We are currently recruiting 2 Works Coordinators on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing organisation in the property maintenance sector, based in Orange.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the administration and coordination of a high-profile contract. This is a fast-paced position where organisation, communication, and attention to detail are essential to ensure works are delivered efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate trades and contractors across multiple maintenance works
  • Schedule and deploy field resources effectively
  • Follow up, track progress, and close out jobs
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
  • Prepare reports and support project tracking
  • Monitor deadlines and keep projects on schedule
  • Maintain project documentation including plans, logs, and reports
  • Process invoices and ensure alignment with purchase orders and contracts
  • Support environmental and compliance procedures where required

Skills And Experience

  • Previous experience in a Works Coordinator, scheduler, or similar role
  • Call centre or high-volume coordination experience is highly regarded
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise competing workloads
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Competent using Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with trades and contractors
  • Experience logging calls and managing work orders in a system is highly regarded
