To support continued growth, we are introducing a Project Manager role to coordinate clients, trades, and internal stakeholders and ensure consistent delivery from concept to completion.
The Opportunity
This is a client-facing, end-to-end Project Manager role with genuine ownership of projects and outcomes. Working closely with the Operations Manager and Site Manager, you will lead a select portfolio of high-value residential projects, ensuring exceptional delivery across quality, programme, budget and client experience.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Manage 2–4 concurrent bespoke residential projects (scale dependent)
- Oversee delivery from pre-construction through to completion and handover
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, architects and consultants
- Lead project programming, procurement, budgeting and cost control
- Partner with our Operations & Site Manager to ensure quality on-site delivery
- Navigate design complexities and resolve issues while protecting design intent
- Contribute to continuous improvement and mentor emerging team members
Who You Are
You are an experienced construction professional with a background in high-end residential, and a genuine appreciation for the level of care required to deliver exceptional homes.
A Trusted Relationship Builder: You build confidence through clear communication, active listening and integrity. You understand the responsibility of delivering a client’s home and approach it with professionalism, empathy and composure.
Design-Aware & Detail-Oriented: You have a strong appreciation for architectural design, detail resolution and materiality. Experience or qualifications in architecture, interior design or design coordination will be highly regarded.
Structured, Calm & Outcomes-Focused: You are organised, commercially aware and comfortable managing complexity. You bring a measured, solutions-focused approach and thrive in an environment where ownership and accountability are valued.
Essential
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience delivering custom residential or high-end homes within Australia
- Strong knowledge of NCC/BCA, building codes and compliance requirements
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation
- Relevant trade, construction or building-related background
Desirable
- Formal qualification in Building, Construction Management, Architecture or Design.
- Relevant licences or registrations (e.g. Builder’s Licence)
- Experience in architecturally designed or heritage projects
