Assistant Venue Leader – Yo-Chi Charlestown Square
We’re looking for an Assistant Venue Leader to join Yo-Chi Charlestown Square! Someone who loves people, thrives in fast paced environments, and knows how to turn a good shift into a great one.

What you’ll be doing
Leading shifts and setting the tone for a high energy, customer first environment.
Supporting the Venue Leader with daily operations including rostering, stock, cash handling, and compliance.
Coaching your team in real time so they grow, improve, and deliver standout service.
Keeping the venue running smoothly, safely, and looking its best.
Making sure every cup of Yo-Chi is consistent, high quality, and worth coming back for.
Helping drive performance across sales, costs, and overall venue standards.
What we’re looking for
Previous leadership experience in hospitality or retail.
Someone who naturally lifts the energy of a team rather than just manages it.
Comfort working a rotating roster.
A calm, capable leader who can handle busy service without losing the vibe.
Genuine care for people, service, and creating great experiences.
