This role is ideally suited to someone looking to build a long-term career in real estate sales. Working under the combined support, guidance and mentorship of the Croydon sales team, you will gain hands-on experience across all facets of the sales process, with the opportunity to work closely and exclusively with different agents and teams throughout the office.
Whether you are looking to enter the industry or further develop your existing skills, this role is designed to fast-track your progression towards a successful future career as a standalone real estate agent.
We are open to both part-time and full-time applicants, with flexibility of hours available. Weekend availability is preferred to support inspections, open homes and auction days.

Key Focus Areas
- Assisting agents with prospecting, lead generation and client relationship management
- Buyer engagement including inspections, follow-up and buyer management
- Pre-sale preparation and post-sale vendor and buyer services
- Admin, marketing, campaign management and social media support
- Database management and nurturing past and present clients
- Exposure to listing presentations, negotiations and sales processes
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Previous real estate experience preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Digital and social media savvy
- Self-motivated, reliable and detail-focused
- Passionate about building a long-term career in real estate sales
- Customer-focused and willing to support weekend work
