About the Role

We're looking for someone who combines commercial thinking with exceptional attention to detail.

Working closely with our Digital & eCommerce Manager, you'll support the day-to-day management of our online store, helping bring campaigns, product launches and digital initiatives to life. From website merchandising and EDMs to SEO and customer journeys, you'll play an important role in driving the growth of our digital business.

What You'll Do

• Support the day-to-day management of the Portier website, ensuring it's beautifully merchandised, up to date and optimised for conversion.
• Coordinate product launches, including product copy, imagery, categorisation and SEO.
• Build and execute EDM campaigns, automated flows and customer segmentation.
• Analyse website performance, sales and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate onsite campaigns, promotions and seasonal trading activity.
• Manage marketplace listings and promotional campaigns.
• Work with our web development agency to support website enhancements and CRO initiatives.

About You

• 2-4 years' experience in eCommerce, digital marketing or online merchandising.
• Experience working with Shopify and email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Commercially minded, analytical and passionate about creating great online shopping experiences.
• Confident managing multiple projects and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience within a retail, lifestyle or consumer brand will be highly regarded.
