Based in Hobart and operating statewide, we deliver day tours, multi-day tours, wine experiences, and charter services right across Tasmania. Whether your interest is in day touring, extended touring, wine experiences, or general charter work, we offer a variety of roles to keep the job fresh, engaging, and rewarding.

About the role
In this role, you may be involved in:
- Driving and guiding day tours, multi-day tours, wine tours, and general charter services
- Operating small-group tours across Tasmania
- Hosting guests and showcasing Tasmania’s landscapes, food, wine, and stories
- Providing safe, professional, and reliable transport for tours, events, and group charters
- Creating memorable guest experiences through friendly, informative, and engaging service
About you
We’re looking for someone who is
- Passionate about tourism and proud to showcase Tasmania
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with groups
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
- Well presented and able to think on their feet
- Keen to learn and open to feedback
Requirements
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Police Check
- PPV accreditation
- WWVP check
- Desirable
- LR licence preferred
Experience in tourism, hospitality, events, transport, or customer service is highly regarded, but not essential
Training and development
New to guiding? No problem.
Through our Tour Guide Academy, we provide structured training for people who are enthusiastic about tourism and want to build their skills, confidence, and professionalism as a guide.
