The Role

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting the team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable in-store experiences
• Achieve individual and team sales goals
• Build strong client relationships and drive repeat business
• Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Support daily store operations including stock replenishment and cash handling
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive store environment

About You

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Passion for fashion, retail, and delivering exceptional service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven with a proactive attitude
• Flexible availability, including weekends and peak trading periods
