This is not a desk bound packaging role. It is about relationships, judgement and timing. You will be the person who knows what land is coming, which opportunities matter, and how to turn them into House and Land packages that genuinely help sales succeed.

The role, in plain terms

You will own House and Land opportunities from the first conversation with a developer through to seeing packages live, sold and performing in market.

That means getting out, building trust with developers and land agents, understanding what is really happening on the ground, and working closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations to make sure the right product is in the right estate at the right time.

You will also lead and shape the House and Land function itself. Setting priorities, improving how things are done, and giving the sales team confidence in what they are selling.

What Your Days Will Actually Look Like

  • Talking to developers and land agents about upcoming opportunities and releases
  • Securing land and negotiating commercial arrangements that make sense long term
  • Shaping House and Land packages that are compliant, competitive and easy to sell
  • Keeping sales teams informed so there are no surprises on price, product or timing
  • Working with marketing on launches, promotions and estate activity
  • Tracking performance, watching the market and adjusting when conditions change
  • Coaching and supporting the House and Land team as the function grows

What Will Help You Succeed

You have worked in House and Land, property or land development and understand the commercial realities. You know how to balance relationships with rigour, and you are comfortable making calls when the information is not perfect.

You are organised and enjoy working with sales teams rather than around them. Most importantly, you care about doing things properly and leaving things better than you found them.
