Occupational Therapist - All Experience Levels Welcome

Peninsula Plus

A role that works for you — wherever you are in your OT journey.

Whether you're fresh out of uni or bringing years of experience, Peninsula Plus is a place where Occupational Therapists feel genuinely supported, challenged in the right ways, and proud of the work they do. We're a neuro-affirming allied health practice on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, and we're growing.

What makes Peninsula Plus different?

You'll be part of a team that genuinely connects.

We're a curious, collaborative, and kind team — the kind where you'll find someone to debrief with after a complex session, colleagues who celebrate your wins as much as their own, and a culture where everyone belongs. You won't just be joining a practice; you'll be joining a community.

Your growth is something we take seriously.

Whether you're building your foundational skills or looking to deepen expertise in areas like assistive technology, functional capacity assessments, or early childhood, you'll have a tailored clinical pathway built around your interests. Clinical supervision, peer mentoring, and daily collaboration are part of how we operate — you'll never be left to figure things out alone.

Flexibility that actually fits your life.

Choose your hours and your settings — clinic, home visits, school, or community. We'll shape your caseload around what excites you, with room to grow as your career does.

Meaningful work, every day.

You'll work with children and young adults across a range of settings to support functional participation, independence, and skill-building. You'll collaborate with families, educators, and support workers — and alongside a multidisciplinary team of Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Counsellors, Specialist Teachers, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and Allied Health Assistants who are all working toward the same goal.

What's in it for you?

  • Above-award salary + superannuation
  • Paid travel and laptop provided
  • Professional development funding and in-house learning
  • Regular team meetings
  • Beautiful, light-filled clinics in Mornington and Frankston
  • Flexible employment models to suit your life stage
