Our client is a global life insurance business, which has a long-standing presence and strong reputation in the Australian market. The business already has a large and established claims function (and support functions) and these new roles are designed to support the business, existing team and future growth.
Roles and Information
- Case Manager and Senior Case Managers
- Group and Retail Teams
- Salary range of $105K - $135K Package + Bonus
- Hybrid working arrangements (2 or 3 days working from home)

Responsibilties/ Tasks
- Manage a portfolio of retail or group claims
- Senior Case Managers manage a smaller portfolio of more complex and detailed claims
- Work with empathy and understanding with claimants
- Conduct file reviews on assessed claims for payment approvals
- For Seniors, coach and mentor more junior claims consultants
If you have ife insurance claims experience (or potentially WC or Rehab) and want a change and to work for a growing business, then there are multiple roles.
