DM SETTER — Sasha Eburne Coaching and Mentoring

We are looking for a driven, personable, and results oriented DM Setter to join our growing team.

This is not a copy and paste role. We are looking for someone who knows how to have real human conversations, build genuine rapport, and identify when there is a real need before ever mentioning an offer. If you think cold pitching is a strategy, this is not the role for you.

What you will be doing

Engaging with warm leads across Instagram and Facebook on behalf of Sasha Eburne Coaching and Mentoring. Starting and nurturing genuine conversations with potential clients. Qualifying leads and booking them into Scale Plan Calls with Sasha. Following up with prospects who have shown interest and gone quiet. Representing the brand with warmth, professionalism, and integrity at all times.

What we are looking for

Previous experience working in a DM setter or appointment setter role for a business coach or online entrepreneur. This is non-negotiable. You understand the coaching industry and how premium clients make decisions. You are a natural communicator who builds connection quickly and authentically. You know how to listen, ask the right questions, and uncover a genuine need without being pushy or salesy. You are organised, self-motivated, and consistent. You take ownership of your results and bring solutions not excuses.

Please note — this is not a training role and we are not looking for first time setters. You must have proven experience and results to be considered for this position. If you are looking to break into the industry this is not the right opportunity for you.

We do not cold pitch. We do not send generic messages. We do not chase people who are not interested. We build real relationships that convert into premium clients because the conversation was worth having. That is the standard and we expect you to hold it.

Role type: Contractor, part time to start

Platforms: Instagram and Facebook

Remuneration: Commission based with performance incentives
