McKinney's Jewellers and Margot McKinney are seeking a polished, proactive and highly organised Executive, Office & Events Coordinator to become the trusted right hand to our leadership team.
Established in 1884, McKinney's Jewellers is a fifth-generation family business with a proud reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, personalised service and creating precious memories for generations of clients. Alongside the retail business, Margot McKinney has become one of Australia's most celebrated high jewellery designers, with her extraordinary creations showcased internationally and sought by collectors around the world.
This is a diverse, hands-on role supporting both brands. You will provide executive and office support to our leadership team while working closely with the Marketing, Communications & Client Experience team to coordinate the delivery of exceptional client experiences through private viewings, trunk shows, VIP events and boutique activations.
The Role
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business through:
- Executive support to senior leadership, including diary management, meeting coordination and correspondence
- Preparation of presentations, reports and business documentation
- Office administration, supplier coordination and general office management
- CRM and database management, including maintaining accurate client records and event invitation lists
- Coordinate stakeholder, client and supplier communications, ensuring timely follow-up and alignment across both businesses
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of private viewings, trunk shows, VIP events and boutique activations, including event logistics, guest lists, invitations, RSVPs and supplier coordination
- Provide regular updates on project and event progress, priorities and key milestones, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
- Support key projects, ensuring priorities, deadlines and commitments are met
- General support to ensure the efficient running of both businesses

What You'll Bring
- 3–5 years' experience in executive support, office administration, events coordination or a similar role
- Experience supporting senior executives, business owners or leadership teams
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong administration and project coordination capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Professionalism, discretion and sound judgement
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience coordinating events within luxury, hospitality, retail or premium service environments
