About the role

Join VMCH in a rewarding Program Coordinator role based in Shepparton where you will support the team leaders, in a group and 1:1 direct care environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and values-driven professional to provide leadership, coordinate high-quality services, and help shape innovative, person-centred programs.

This position is full time, commencement and finish times will be flexible depending on the need of the business.

About you

You will be experienced working with people with a disability to provide activities that are engaging for the participants.

  • Experience in coordinating disability, respite, community or related human services programs.
  • Certificate IV Disability or similar, experience in an education highly regarded.
  • Strong leadership, relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Sound knowledge of the disability sector, including NDIS, relevant legislation and current best practice.
  • Well-developed communication, problem-solving and complaint resolution skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate and a valid Victorian Driver Licence.
