What you'll be up to

  • Lead the development and execution of product strategy across our portfolio, aligning commercial, editorial and technical priorities to drive growth and audience engagement;

  • Define long-term product roadmaps, prioritise initiatives based on customer insight, market trends and commercial impact, and translate strategy into clear workstreams for cross-functional teams

  • Work closely with senior stakeholders (sales, operations, engineering and marketing) to ensure strategies are commercially viable and operationally deliverable;

  • Oversee and mentor a small team of product managers and analysts, fostering capability, accountability and a customer-centred mindset;

  • Drive a rigorous, evidence-led approach to decision making through research, experimentation and metrics (KPIs, OKRs);

  • Represent product strategy externally where required, including client forums and industry events;

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and that product development reflects our commitments to accessibility, safety and cultural respect.

What we’re looking for

Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in product strategy, product management or a related role, preferably within media, advertising technology, digital platforms or a fast-moving consumer environment;

  • Demonstrated success building and delivering product roadmaps that achieved commercial and customer outcomes;

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and translate strategy into operational plans;

  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams;

  • Excellent analytical skills and comfort with quantitative and qualitative research methods;

  • Exceptional communication skills, able to present complex ideas clearly to different audiences;

  • Tertiary qualification in business, technology, design, marketing or a related discipline (desirable but not mandatory).
