Hours: 7:30am-3:30pm Monday to Friday

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a locum opportunity at our well established Buderim Private Hospital clinic on Queensland's beautiful Sunshine Coast.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional looking to combine rewarding clinical work with a lifestyle location. You'll join a supportive and experienced team, working in a patient-focused environment with access to modern equipment and strong clinical support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality Nuclear Medicine procedures in accordance with clinical protocols
  • Deliver exceptional patient care and maintain a patient centred approach
  • Work collaboratively with Radiologists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Ensure radiation safety and quality assurance standards are maintained
  • Accurately manage patient documentation and imaging records

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Current radiation use licence (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous Nuclear Medicine experience in a hospital or private practice setting
  • Able to perform PET/CT examinations (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
