What role will you play?
You will drive business development by qualifying inbound, outbound and web-to-lead prospects, ensuring a high conversion rate for both Banking Solutions and Private Bank Advice teams.
In parallel, you will manage and nurture a portfolio of nation-wide High-Net-Worth deposit clients (typically $1m+), acting as their primary point of contact and overseeing the seamless delivery of a suite of banking solutions. By building deep client relationships and collaborating closely with internal teams and advisers, you will deliver an exceptional, end-to-end client experience with a focus on supporting their banking needs.
Your success in the role will be underpinned by ensuring all client requests are handled accurately and efficiently, and that records are maintained in line with internal policies and regulatory standards.
What you offer
- Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and building a career in private banking
- Experience in financial services or wealth management, with strong investment/financial advice knowledge
- Proven success in sales roles, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, energetic approach
- Strong knowledge of consumer and business lending policies and principles
- RG146 certified, with a commitment to growing wealth expertise
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (desirable)
- Proficiency in Salesforce (highly regarded)
- Strong drive to grow in private banking and contribute to a collaborative team
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
