The Role
This is a broad leadership role responsible for Human Resources, Workplace Health and Safety and key Corporate Services functions.
Reporting to the CEO, you will provide strategic and operational support across workforce planning, organisational capability, governance, risk management and people systems across a diverse and growing organisation.
Key focus areas
- Workforce strategy, organisational design and leadership support
- End-to-end HR delivery (recruitment, ER, performance, development)
- Corporate governance, policy development and compliance frameworks
- Workforce reporting, organisational insights and executive reporting
- Organisational risk management, including people and WHS related risks
- WHS leadership, compliance, workers' compensation and return-to-work programs
- Building a high-performing, culturally safe workplace
About You
- Experienced HR Manager or senior generalist ready to step up
- Strong knowledge of Fair Work, ER/IR and WHS frameworks
- Confident influencing leaders and managing complex people matters
- Hands-on, commercially minded and values-driven
- Passion for contributing to a culturally inclusive organisation
