The Role
With exciting growth ahead, Perri Cutten is seeking a commercially driven and highly organised
Trade Marketing Manager to join our team at our Support Office in Malvern.
This is a pivotal role for an experienced trade marketer who thrives at the intersection of brand, retail execution, and commercial performance. Reporting into the General Manager, you will be responsible for translating brand and trading strategies into impactful, customer-focused campaigns that drive traffic, conversion, and revenue across retail, online, and concession channels.
You’ll lead the planning and execution of national trade marketing initiatives, ensuring all campaign activity is aligned to seasonal product flow, trading priorities, and consistent brand presentation at every customer touchpoint.
This role is available on either a full-time or part-time basis (3–4 days per week).
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Own and deliver the annual trade marketing calendar aligned to product drops, key retail periods and promotions
- Plan and execute integrated trade campaigns across retail, online and concession channels
- Partner with Brand Marketing Manager, Retail, VM and Merchandise Planning teams to drive traffic, conversion and sales
- Manage co-operative marketing with concession partners, including David Jones
- Coordinate campaign assets, photoshoots and creative delivery across in-store, digital and e-commerce
- Collaborate with Digital and CRM teams to align EDM, SMS and paid media activity with trading priorities and commercial outcomes
- Analyse campaign performance, ROI and sales results to inform future marketing strategies
- Lead and develop the Marketing Co-ordinators to ensure effective marketing initiatives and campaign delivery.
You will have
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business/Commerce, Communications or a related discipline
- 5–8+ years’ experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or integrated campaign management, ideally within fashion or apparel retail
- Proven experience building and managing annual trade marketing calendars aligned to seasonal product flow and trading priorities
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail, eCommerce, and concession/wholesale environments
- Hands-on experience briefing and delivering campaign assets including photography, creative rollouts, catalogues, and in-store collateral
- Demonstrated ability to analyse performance, report ROI, and use insights to optimise future activity
- Experience managing budgets, suppliers, and production costs effectively
- People leadership experience, with the ability to coach and develop a direct report
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
