Contract Administrator

If you're a Contract Administrator who enjoys working on well-designed projects rather than repetitive volume builds, this could be your next move.

You'll be joining an established Melbourne builder delivering a mix of high-end apartment and commercial projects, typically valued between $10m and $15m, with projects reaching up to $20m. Their work is known for detailed architecture, bespoke finishes and strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

You'd start on a $15m apartment development in Fitzroy. Working closely with the PM and site team, you'll take ownership of procurement, subcontract administration, cost control and financial reporting from start to finish.

To be considered, you'll need previous Contract Administration experience within commercial or multi-residential construction. A stable employment history, strong attention to detail and the ability to build effective relationships will put you in a strong position.

The Richmond head office is an easy commute and puts you close to great cafes, restaurants, gyms and public transport. There's plenty of banter around the office, team lunches at Top Paddock, nights out on Swan Street and social events that make it an enjoyable place to spend your week.

The salary is negotiable depending on experience, with a guide of $130k to $155k plus super.
