Mining Project Administrator

Programmed Energy and Resources is currently seeking applicants for a Mining Project Administrator role based at our clients mine site in the Muswellbrook area.
Details Of The Role
- 12 month contract
- Monday - Friday
- Flexible hours
- Payrate will be based on your experience
Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide administration support to the Project Delivery Team and others as directed
- Prepare letters, presentations and other documentation in a professional manner as required
- Coordinate the monthly reporting requirements ensuring that all reports are professional and consistent prior to issue
- Coordinate invoice reconciliation in systems and prepare for authorization
- Answer telephone enquiries
- Assist with reports by undertaking basic analysis and research
- Manage preparation and distribution of site-specific correspondence
- Maintain electronic filing systems for confidential and other project information for easy retrieval
- Maintain local office facilities, services and supplies
- Plan and coordinate meetings for the project group
- Monitor, record and order all project site consumables
- Manage site entry requirements for staff and visitors
- Maintaining the registers for all training required
- Collate timesheets and arrange authorization as required
- Process expense claims as required
- Maintain various site registers including fuel registers, PPE registers, accommodation and project time sheets
Requirements
- Prior experience in a mining/project administration preferred
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft office programs
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organization skills and able to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hold a current driver's licence
- Be able to provide a local residential address within 1 hour of the mine site
- Able to undergo and pass a full Order 45 Health Assessment & D&A test
- Provide recent work-related references (supervisor/manager)
