THE OPPORTUNITY...
Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a role where you can partner closely with leaders, influence people outcomes and make a meaningful impact across the whole employee lifecycle?
We have an exciting opportunity for a HRBP to join our P&C team in this newly created role supporting organisational growth. Reporting to the Head of P&C, you will partner with managers and employees across a diverse national workforce, providing trusted advice and support on a wide range of people matters. Working as part of a collaborative and high performing team, you will play a key role in supporting employee engagement, workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, recruitment, and HR projects. This role offers a strong blend of operational and strategic exposure, allowing you to contribute to business outcomes while remaining hands-on in the delivery of HR services. Some of your key responsibilities will extend to:
- Partnering with our leaders across a national footprint to support in workforce planning, organisational capability, and succession planning initiatives.
- Providing coaching and guidance on employee relations matters including performance management, investigations, grievances and workplace conflict resolution.
- Coordinating end-to-end recruitment and onboarding/offboarding activities.
- Supporting managers in building engagement including linked engagement plans.
- Support in the facilitation of annual performance review and talent management processes.
- Supporting org change initiatives and people related project delivery.
- Maintaining HR reporting, analytics and people insight data.
- Assisting with rem reviews, job evaluations and position management.
- Supporting the continuous improvement of HR systems, processes and policies.
ABOUT YOU...
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Degree qualifications in HR, Employment Law or a related discipline
- Proven experience in a similar HRBP, HR Advisor or Senior HR Coordinator role
- Background in FMCG, manufacturing or Agriculture preferred but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong organisational, prioritisation and problem-solving skills
- Unrestricted working rights and ability to travel interstate from time to time
