I-MED Graduate Program

Commencing January 2027

Our 12‑month Graduate Program is purpose‑built for new radiography graduates. It provides a strong foundation in both clinical practice and theoretical application across multiple modalities, ensuring you gain confidence, competence, and professional readiness.

With structured support and check‑in milestones at 1 month, 3 months, and 12 months, you’ll be guided as you consolidate your skills and progress toward independent practice.

Working at either our Hervey Bay or Bundaberg locations, both including hospital sites to accelerate your learning.

Why Consider a Regional Graduate Role?

Starting your career in a regional location can be a valuable way to fast‑track your development as a graduate Radiographer. Regional clinics often offer broader modality exposure, increased hands‑on experience, and closer day‑to‑day access to senior clinicians, allowing you to build confidence and capability quickly. Many graduates find regional roles provide a supportive learning environment, strong team connections, and accelerated skill development, all while enjoying the lifestyle benefits of living and working in a regional location.
