We're seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Specialist to join a high-performing technology team delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft solutions that enable modern, secure, and collaborative ways of working.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technical specialist who enjoys working across cloud technologies, automation, identity, collaboration, and the Microsoft Power Platform. You'll play a key role in delivering, supporting, and enhancing critical Microsoft services while contributing to large-scale modernisation initiatives and digital transformation projects.

About the Role

As the Microsoft 365 Specialist, you'll provide technical expertise across solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operational support for a broad range of Microsoft technologies. Working closely with project teams, architects, and business stakeholders, you'll ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security standards, governance requirements, and operational best practice.

You'll also provide technical leadership, contribute to project planning and governance activities, and help shape the organisation's future Microsoft technology roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise Microsoft 365 environments and Azure cloud services.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Entra Connect, hybrid identity, and authentication services.
• Configure, deploy, and support Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities.
• Develop and support business process automation using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Administer Dynamics 365 environments and support integrations across the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Support Microsoft Forms and Microsoft Clipchamp within enterprise governance and security frameworks.
• Develop PowerShell automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Support Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management solutions.
• Implement secure integrations using Microsoft Graph API and modern integration patterns.
• Contribute to architecture, solution design, project planning, governance, documentation, and technical assurance activities.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-agency delivery teams to support successful project outcomes.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you'll bring strong hands-on experience across Microsoft cloud technologies together with a passion for delivering secure, scalable enterprise solutions.

Essential Experience

• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity solutions.
• Experience with Active Directory and Entra Connect.
• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including:
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Power BI
• Experience implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Experience administering Dynamics 365.
• Strong Azure administration and operational support experience.
• PowerShell scripting and automation expertise.
• Experience managing Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and hybrid infrastructure.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API and API-based integrations.
• Understanding of enterprise security, governance, compliance, and architecture principles.
