The National Gallery of Australia is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join the Visitor Experience team as Visitor Experience Hosts in both part-time and casual roles. As part of the front-facing Visitor Experience and Membership team, Hosts play a key role in welcoming visitors, providing information and wayfinding, supporting ticketing and membership services, and contributing to a positive and engaging experience across the Gallery. This is a varied role working across multiple locations including the main entry, exhibition spaces and Members Lounge, and includes supporting exhibitions, public programs and events. We are looking for candidates with strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. The role operates across a 7-day roster, including weekends and peak visitor periods. Availability across weekdays and weekends is highly desirable.
