We are a boutique law firm specialising in commercial, corporate, tax advisory and estates succession work. We act for a diverse client base including individuals, family groups, SMEs, and high net worth clients.

Our team is collaborative, down-to-earth, and focused on delivering practical, high-quality advice. As our practice continues to grow, we are looking to expand our team across multiple levels.

The Opportunity

We are seeking commercial, corporate, tax and estates lawyers at all levels, from junior lawyers through to senior practitioners (5+ years PAE).

Depending on your experience, you will work across a mix of:

  • Tax advisory and disputes
  • Wills, estates, and succession planning
  • Commercial and corporate structuring and transactions

Key Areas of Practice

Commercial & Corporate Law

  • Prepare and advise on shareholder agreements, constitutions, partnership agreements, and governance documents
  • Assist with business structuring, restructures, asset transfers, and transactions
  • Advise on company structures, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance
  • Provide strategic advice to SMEs, family groups, and private clients

Tax Advisory & Disputes

  • Provide practical advice across CGT, GST, stamp duty, Division 7A and trust taxation
  • Assist with restructuring and tax-effective planning
  • Act in disputes with revenue authorities, including audits, objections, and negotiations

Estates & Succession

  • Draft wills, testamentary trusts, powers of attorney and related documents
  • Advise on estate planning, asset protection, and succession strategies
  • Assist with probate, estate administration, and estate disputes

About You

We are open to candidates at different stages of their career. You will ideally have:

  • Admission to practice in Australia
  • Experience incorporate, commercial law, tax, estates, or a combination
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear and practical communication style
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently
